At the Group level, we have a comprehensive Safety Management System (SMS) in place. It includes clear accountability and responsibilities at all levels. Each site has stakeholders who hold the primary responsibility for implementing the Safety Governance Structure and SMS.
Our three-tier safety taskforces focus on Standards, Contractor safety management, Logistics safety, Training and Capability building, Incident Investigations, audits, and Technological interventions in safety.
